Holidays include the cost of electricity, fuel & linen, however, a fuel supplement will apply during low season.

Pool available May - September.

Arrivals & departures - We would ask that you arrive after 4.00 pm on your first day and vacate the cottage by 10.00 am on your last day to allow for cleaning.

Non-Smoking policy - In the interests of health and safety we operate a strictly non-smoking policy.

Booking & Payment - Once your holiday dates have been confirmed a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total price will be required to secure the booking. A provisional reservation made by phone or email can only be held for 10 days without receipt of this deposit.

The balance of the price of your holiday will be due in full two weeks before your arrival.
We understand that accidents do happen and would ask that you include a separate cheque for £50 at the time the balance of your holiday payment is due to cover any breakages or damage that may occur. This cheque will be refunded to you at the end of your stay if it is not required.

Payment may also be made by BACS. Bank details available on request. You will receive a receipt for all monies paid together with confirmation of your holiday dates. Please notify us immediately if there is any discrepancy with dates detailed on your receipt.
